Anne-Katrin has worked for the German leading HR consulting company Kienbaum for 15 years. In her career, she has supported small-, mid- and large-sized companies in all HR aspects. She holds a degree in Business & Intercultural Studies from the University of Passau and a certificate as a systemic coach from Wiesloch. Her specific competency areas are diagnostics, organizational development, and coaching.
