Anne-Katrin has worked for the German leading HR consulting company Kienbaum for 15 years. In her career, she has supported small-, mid- and large-sized companies in all HR aspects. She holds a degree in Business & Intercultural Studies from the University of Passau and a certificate as a systemic coach from Wiesloch. Her specific competency areas are diagnostics, organizational development, and coaching. As a mentor, she offers two main options: 1. support for personal development of the founders, e.g. via coaching and 2. consulting concerning HR processes and organizational development. People make the difference. Most of the founders are well aware of their business model and product-market fit.
