You have the right to be informed whether the data we keep includes personal data relating to you and if so, which personal data we keep. You may also ask us to cease using your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing and erase all data for the purpose aforesaid. leAD may terminate the agreement set out in these Terms, your access to the Site and use of any associated service at any time and we will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of this.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas and the courts of the above jurisdiction will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, which may arise.
