Felix has more than 10 years of professional experience in the sports business industry. Back in 2009, he started working for the Bundesliga Club VfL Wolfsburg as an executive assistant, working in brand management and CSR. After an organizational change in 2013/14, he took on the director role in the newly founded Corporate Development department. Felix has led the team in strategy, innovation, internationalization, digitization, esports, and new business, becoming an industry leader in these areas. After over two years in this position, he was elected to the Bundesliga commission for the international growth of the whole Bundesliga.

In 2019, he left Wolfsburg and started working in the startup scene as CMO of Berlin-based tech startup KICK ID, where he stayed until summer 2020. Together with Fraunhofer Institute, he founded the company ViboTec AG to change the global sports business market with the virtual replacement technology.

Felix has an entrepreneurial mindset and diverse experiences in sports business which he is happy to share with the leAD startups.
