Matthias Hübner is Global Head of ESG Solutions at Arabesque S-Ray. His area of expertise covers strategic and operational topics with a focus on revisiting business models and successfully mastering digital transformation including B2B partnerships between incumbents and new ventures. He also has experience with sustainability as an emerging theme across industries, but particularly within sports given it's broad reach and multiplier effect. He has worked on a lot of topics like ESG (environmental, social, governance) assessments and scoring as well as advisory of professional clubs and leagues in their ESG efforts. Matthias is one of the co-initiators of a FinTech conference in Frankfurt and a regular speaker and jury member at start-up contests. He has held various positions in football before starting his professional career.
