As an open water swimmer Thomas Lurz has won two Olympic medals in Beijing 2008 and London 2012. He has also won 12 world championship titles, making him one of the most successful German swimmers of all time. Today, Thomas works as HR Director at the s.Oliver Group. As a keynote speaker, he aims to support companies and business leaders in creating the framework conditions for success in business.
