Dan has been building and bootstrapping companies in sports, tech, and media for his entire career. He started his first company, SeatSwap out of his NYU dorm room and proceeded to bootstrap it through law school to the point of acquisition, as he was offered a full scholarship and the "debt-free JD" was too good to pass up. From there, Dan went on to start a production company called Relentless, which develops media properties around prominent sports figures such as "Super Agent," David Falk, Spice Adams, Ozzie Guillen, Nick Mangold, and baseball's All-Time Hit King, Pete Rose for whom Dan developed and sold his gambling show that currently airs on Quake Media. Around that same time, Dan started his own law practice, Hustle Law, where he has clients that range from current and former professional athletes, start-ups, technology companies, crypto companies, and entrepreneurs involved in various businesses. As an attorney, Dan counsels and advises clients on a wide array of matters including corporate formation and governance, compliance, intellectual property, and both simple and complex transactions including the purchase and sale of sports franchises. For the better part of two years, Dan covered the intersection of sports and entrepreneurship for Forbes. Dan is currently a professor in his alma mater program at NYU, teaching classes on a number of sports business topics, specifically the business of esports and legal practice in sports.
