Dave brings 20+ years of the media industry and management experience to his role as Founder & Managing Director of Metta Sport, a leading agency in esports strategy, sponsorship, media rights, and distribution.
Prior to founding the firm, Dave scaled a multi-million dollar content licensing business for T3Media, focusing on sports properties such as The Masters, NCAA, Big Ten, US Open Tennis, and US Soccer. Dave also worked with brands such as AT&T, UPS, Capital One, and Coca-Cola to effectively activate sports sponsorships into their advertising & marketing campaigns. Before that, Dave managed a $200mm advertising business as EVP Sales, Marketing & Operations at Westwood One. He led an international team of 800 people across 20 offices.
As an expert in growth strategies, business development, and partnerships, Dave advises brands, rights owners, tech companies, and media platforms on esports opportunities, fan engagement, international expansion, content monetization, and operational effectiveness.
