Ms. LaTour is a seasoned executive whose career has focused on healthcare, consumer and high- technology industries. She has extensive experience in the successful formation and development of new enterprises, the repositioning of under-performing organizations, a developer of effective and winning management teams, and a global market strategist.

Ms. LaTour has served the high technology, healthcare, and consumer industries for over 25 years. She currently serves as an Operating Partner for LFE Capital, Naples, FL and the Managing Partner of LaTour & Associates, an international consulting firm focused on innovative business development. In addition, Ms. LaTour is currently the CEO of X-lumin Corporation, an innovative Optics and Photonics solutions company. Previously she served as interim CEO of eMindful Inc, a company providing live online training in mindfulness; President & CEO of World Telehealth Corporation, an online healthcare company serving the G77 countries; CEO of ContourPak International, a cold therapy healthcare products company (acquired by Futuro); Founder & CEO of RedCreek Communications, an industry leader in network security systems (acquired by SonicWall (SNWL)); President & CEO of Cross Access Corporation, an industry leader in data access and data warehousing software technology, (acquired by IBM); Vice President and General Manager, Data Communications Group, AST Research; International Consultant and Partner of Latco International, an international business consulting organization (residing overseas); Founder and Vice President of Tra-Tech, a training and educational company (acquired by McGraw-Hill).

Ms. LaTour currently serves as Chairman of the Board of X-lumin Corporation, Board Member of Karman Space Inc. and Independent Board Member of Capital Q Ventures. She also serves on community boards at Crummer Business School Entrepreneurial Program at Rollins College. Formerly, Ms. Latour served on the Regional Joint Partnership Capital Task Force for Orlando, Inc., Previously Ms LaTour served as Chairman of the Board for Futori International Ltd. and Board Member of Board Member of eMindful, Inc., World Telehealth Corporation, Contour Pak International Inc., Palm Tree Software Inc.; Contempo Health Inc.; Theranetics, Inc.; International Nutrition Consultants, Inc.; RedCreek Communications Inc., and Cross Access Corporation. She was a Founder, Executive Director and Board Member of The Enterprise Network, a non-profit organization in Silicon Valley focused on improving the success rate of new ventures. In addition, Ms. LaTour served as a member of the IBM Board of Advisors for Silicon Valley.

Ms. LaTour holds a Bachelor Science degree in Mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles, Master of Science degrees in Mathematics and Behavioral Psychology from University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management School at Harvard University.
