Hayley Evans is an entrepreneur, angel investor and hyper-growth driven advisor. 

Hayley’s expertise and time is spent on a mix between working with high growth companies and impact driven initiatives with a key focus on performance acceleration of the people within companies; primarily CEO’s and high performing teams. 

Hayley is the CEO of Surge Global, sits on the YPO Global Impact Council Board, is the incoming Chapter Chair of Sydney Australis and is a Director of the Tavistock Group ($14.5B company) and it’s tech investment portfolio, of which she set up the foundations and scaled the teams from a 5 to 350 headcount in four years across Singapore, Australia and Sri Lanka.

Currently she is working across scaling the Tavistock Groups luxury brands and human performance tech city, Lake Nona, in Orlando as well as working on an impact led NFT project set to empower women globally.

Hayley is a highly sought mentor to CEO’s to achieve hyper-growth and rapid scale. Through operating her own companies, being a hands-on investor and mentor, Hayley learnt first hand the importance of maintaining a healthy mental wellbeing and the direct correlation to business productivity mental health can have.

Her passion is mentoring young entrepreneurs, empowering gender lens investment opportunities and working with women across male dominated industries to ensure their success.

When not, working in or on businesses, you will find Hayley on a snowboard in Winter, a surf board in Summer, and either at the gym or cafe all year round.
