Rich joined Verizon Business in 2019 as Managing Director, Enterprise Innovation and 5G Solutions. As a former CIO/CTO and a former Verizon Enterprise client, Rich brings valuable insight and experience that supports and enables the client engagement and sales process and helps clients explore the art of the possible to fully leverage 5G, MEC, and emerging technology in support of digital transformation and innovation.

Prior to Verizon, Rich held various technology and digital leadership roles at prominent global brands including Christie’s, Disney/ABC TV Group, Time Warner, The Museum of Modern Art, Viacom, and Tiffany & Company. Rich also served as CIO and CISO at a global law firm and several healthcare companies with documented success aligning technology investments to strategic business objectives and digital transformation.

Rich is a passionate advocate of continuing education and paying it forward, and serves as a mentor to students in the Executive Masters in Technology Management Program and a guest lecturer at Columbia University. He's also an Advisory Board Member for HMG Strategy and a former Board Member of the Society of Information Management. As an industry thought leader, Rich is a frequent speaker at various technology conferences and a trusted advisor to the venture capital community and serves as a CIO Advisory Board member for Greylock Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and the Mayfield Fund.
