Savi Sharma is a multi-talented, versatile female technology leader and management executive fueled by a passion for unleashing human potential. During the last two decades, Savi has directed innovative solutions to complex business problems supporting multi-billion-dollar business units at Nike Inc.  She successfully launched several startup technology innovation platforms within the business units on crowdsourcing, visual communication of consumer science, and infield innovation research.  Savi has been a diversity champion for almost two decades advising and mentoring women, men, and minorities on how to thrive at work.  

Savi has an extensive background in an integrative approach to health and the human body, combined with innovation leadership experience in removing barriers to sport, health, and wellness for women.  Female empowerment in every form & dimension (life, health, education, wellbeing, and workplace success), is a key purpose of her life.  She championed building robotic technology capabilities to expedite product creation for women, pioneered digital transformation of innovation, and opened doors for understanding movement and wellness of diverse body types, sizes, abilities, gender, and demographics.    

Savi is interested in exploring sport, health technology, or wellness-focused boards and startups for potential opportunities as advisor and strategist for business growth, development, and success.  She strives to multiply the impact budding leaders can have in business and society.
