Dr Vonda Wright is a double boarded Orthopaedic Sports Surgeon, Author, Researcher and Innovator who serves as a clinical champion for ideators in the biotech, sports innovation and esports environments to develop innovation pipelines.  She works to clarify and amplify great ideas through a deep clinical lens while applying entrepreneurial and venture principles to understand, evaluate and stimulate innovation.  Dr Wright applies more than 20 years of clinical practice, research and intrapreneurial experience to help start ups understand the pathway to success and connect to the future. Currently the President of Hughston Orthopaedics SE, responsible for development and expansion of comprehensive integrated musculoskeletal care in the state of Florida, she previously served as the inaugural medical director of the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex, a 185,000 sqft joint venture between UPMC and the Pittsburgh Penguins and as the inaugural Chief of the Northside Orthopedic Institute Sports Medicine building an orthopedic surgery department serving Atlanta.   Ideas are easy- Execution is everything.
